Swinerton Builders is Seeking Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliersto provide pricing (bids) for the SCCS Soquel HS Performing Arts Center located at 401 Soquel San Jose Road, Soquel, CA 95073.
 
Scope of work includes:Construction of a new performing arts facility including an auditorium, stage, tiered seating, and associated support spaces and site improvements.
 
Bid Packages (includes but not limited to):Survey, Final Clean, SWPPP, Demolition, Rebar, Concrete, Structural Steel, Metal Decking, Misc. Metals, Rough Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Building Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal & Metal Panel, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors, Glass & Glazing, Plaster, Drywall & Framing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings & Panels, Resilient Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Signage, Specialties, Parking Control Equipment, Theater Equipment, Fixed Audience Seating, Window Treatment, Wheelchair Lifts, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical / Low Volt, Earthwork, Asphalt, Striping, Site Concrete, Fences & Gates, Landscaping & Irrigation, Site Utilities, Unit Pavers
·       Project Type: This is a Prevailing Wage project; no PLA, PSA but does require compliance with Skilled and Trained Workforce regulations.
·       Bids are to be good for 90 days from bid date.
·       The project has a 3% DVBE participation goal.Certified DVBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals for any applicable scope of work listed above.
 
Bid Schedule Information:
·       Invite to Bid– Wednesday, October 28, 2026
·       Swinerton Prequalification & MSA Submittal Deadline. - Thursday, November 5, 2026
·       RFI Deadline– Thursday, November 12, 2026 by 12:00 PM.
·       Final Addendum– Monday, November 16, 2026
·       Bids Due– Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM

At Swinerton’s discretion, Swinerton may require a Payment and Performance bond and/or a letter of bondability from a qualified and accepted Treasury listed Surety within 48 hours of demand.  Please provide bond rate together with single project bond $ limit for scope of work to be performed in your proposal.
