AGGREGATES, ASPHALT, CONCRETE MATERIAL, SLURRY, PIPE SUPPLIERS, PRECAST MATERIALS, EROS MATERIALS, STEEL TANK BOLTED, AC OILS, ANALYTICAL TESTING, BLSTING, BORE & JACK, CONCRETE FLATWORK, CONCRETE STRUCTURES, DIRECTIONAL DRILLING, ELECTRICAL-BUILDING, EROSION CONTROL, FALSEWORK/SCAFFOLDING/FORMWAORK, HANDRAILING, HYDROSEEDING, PIPE SUPPORTS, LANDSCAPING/IRRIGATION, REINFORCING STEEL, SAWCUTTING, STRIPING, SWPPP, TRAFFIC CONTROL, TRUCKING, PAINTING/COATINGS, GENERATORS/SWITCH GEAR, MISC. METALS, PUMPING PLANT ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, DRAINAGE PUMPING EQUIPMENT, STEEL PIPE & STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATED PIPE.

 

Project Description:

The scope of work includes but is not limited to;

Base Bid:

Procurement and construction of a Kubota package MBR wastewater treatment plant, master sewer lift station, three community sewer lift stations, a recycled water pumping system and storage tank, approximately 27,000 linear feet of 8 and 10-inch PVC gravity mains, 5,000 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC force main, 13,000 linear feet of 8-inch

PVC recycled water distribution, hydrants, all associated fittings, manholes, valves, 34 E-one Grinder pump stations, appurtenances, and site work associated with a septic to sewer project.

Bid Alternate Schedule A:

Procurement and construction two community sewer lift stations, a recycled water irrigation system, approximately 12,000 linear feet of 8 and 10-inch PVC gravity mains, 3,000 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC force main, all associated fittings, manholes, valves, 5 E-one Grinder pump stations, appurtenances, and site work associated with a septic to sewer project.

Bid Alternate Schedule B:

Procurement and construction one community sewer lift station, approximately 12,000 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity mains, 2,000 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main, all associated fittings, manholes, valves, 12 E-one Grinder pump stations, appurtenances, and site work associated with a septic to sewer project.

Bid Alternate Schedule C:

Procurement and construction one community sewer lift station, approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity mains, 4,000 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main, all associated fittings, manholes, valves, appurtenances, and site work associated with a septic to sewer project.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
