Project Details: Work includes but is not necessarily limited to construction renovation of concrete retaining walls, playground upgrade, basketball court, bocce court, pedestrian walkways, paving, signage, bathrooms, shade structures, mist play area, benches, fencing, drinking fountain, bike racks, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, sewer, storm drain, plumbing and electrical as shown in the drawings titled “LIVORNA PARK IMPROVEMENTS, 2615 Miranda Ave, Alamo, CA 94507 – Issue for Bid - 9/4/2026” by Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
 
*100% Performance and payment bond may be required; JUV, Inc. will pay up to 1.5% of Bond Premium.All work must be in accordance with all local, state and/or national code requirements.
