Project Description: The EMWD San Jacinto Valley AWPF includes a new Process Building, various support buildings/Tanks, brine ponds, bioretention pond, AC paving, landscaping, and above ground/ below ground utilities throughout.

Labor: Prevailing Wage/ Davis Bacon - whichever is higher; (HP requirement for Union Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons)

Subcontracts awarded on this project will be on the Hensel Phelps Construction Co. standard form subcontract and may include a requirement to provide payment and performance bonds from a T-Listed surety at the subcontractor’s expense. Hensel Phelps will assist in obtaining bonds, lines of credit or insurances required.
