METALS, UNDERWATER DRIVERS

Project Description:
The work consists of removing and existing discharge valve and actuator; installing a Metropolitan - furnished 54-inch fixed cone valve and actuator; recoating the discharge pipeline interior; refurbishing valve house and 54- slide gate valve; upgrading associated electrical systems; replacing electrical and telecommunications cables; fabricating and installing a temporary underwater isolation device; improving the access road, and other appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.

Project Labor Agreement is required on this project – We will not be listing any subcontractors for this project that are not affiliated with the unions from the Southern California tri-county areas.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
