Marinship Development Interest LLC is seeking qualified CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and Small Local Business Enterprises (LBEs), as well as MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers, for the following project:

Project: General Engineering (A-License) Construction, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties

Owner: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC)

Bid Date: August 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM

This is a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a Maximum Contract Amount of $5,000,000, consisting of multiple Task Orders issued over a two-year term. Marinship is actively seeking subcontractor and supplier participation for the following scopes:

• Concrete Contractor (C-8)
• Construction Traffic Control Services (C-31)
• Drilling Services (D-9) – excludes water well drilling
• Earthwork & Paving (C-12)
• Electrical Contracting (C-10)
• Hazardous Waste and Remediation Services (Certification)
• Landscape Contractor (C-27)
• Lenel Systems Integration (Certification)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) System Integrator (Certification)
• Rover Pipe Inspection – Remote Inspection Tool
• Tree Service (C-49)
• Well Drilling (C-57)

This project includes an 18% LBE subcontracting participation requirement. The requirement may only be met with CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and/or Small-LBE firms certified in the scope of work they are listed to perform. PUC-LBEs cannot be counted toward the 18% LBE subcontracting requirement.

This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and applicable California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) compliance. Subcontractors must possess the appropriate active contractor’s license for the work they will perform.

Marinship is committed to supporting subcontractor participation and will provide assistance as needed, including bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, and breaking down scopes to facilitate participation. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available upon request or through the SFPUC Contracts & Bids website.
