G&G request CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBE’s for the following scopes, but not limited to:

Section 02 – 8200 –
Asbestos Abatement                                                                                                                                              
Asbestos Final Air testing

Sections 02-8300 -   
Lead Based Paint (Selective LBP Abatement)                                                                                                        
Lead Based Paint Pre-testing and Post testing

The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the California Department of Industrial Relations including Davis -Bacon requirements. Subcontractors must possess & provide current
California contractor’s number & DIR Registration number.

If you need support services and obtaining bonding, line of credit, necessary equipment / materials and or related supplies or related services for this project,  please contact the project estimator.

All Subcontractor’s will be required to execute G&G Specialty Contractor’s Subcontract. A copy of the subcontract in electric format is available upon request.
