Rubicon Builders seeks quotes from certified LBE and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for participation in the following project:

Rubicon Builders is requesting sub-bids for all applicable trades, including but not limited to:
-              Concrete
-              Excavation/Earthwork
-              Landscaping
-              Painting/Coatings
-              Specialty Contractor

Support for Certified Firms:
Rubicon Build, Inc. will provide reasonable assistance to interested subcontractors, including:

• Help in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and insurance
• Breaking down bid packages into smaller components to facilitate participation
• Providing project information and clarifications as needed

Project Labor Agreement (PLA)
This project is subject to a PLA that all subcontractors must agree to; a copy of the PLA can be found in the specifications.

DIR Registration
This is a prevailing wage job, and all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR.

Construction Schedule
Overall duration: 75 Calendar days
