Rubicon Builders seeks quotes from certified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for participation in the following project:

Project:  Highlands ES - Portables Replacement Project, Increment 1

Rubicon Builders is requesting sub-bids for all applicable trades, including but not limited to:

-              Demolition
-              Concrete (concrete reinforcing, site concrete)
-              Specialties (Identifying devices)
-              Electrical (Basic electrical requirements, testing, service and distribution system, basic electrical materials and methods, lighting, site lighting, low voltage lighting control system)
-              Earthwork (site preparation and plant protection, earthwork, trenching and backfilling, erosion and sedimentation controls)
-              Exterior improvements (Aggregate base courses, asphalt paving and surfacing, seal coat, pavement markings, chain link fences and gates, irrigation, planting)
-              Utilities (Storm drainage, surface drainage systems)

Support for Certified Firms:
Rubicon Build, Inc. will provide reasonable assistance to interested subcontractors, including:
• Help in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and insurance
• Breaking down bid packages into smaller components to facilitate participation
• Providing project information and clarifications as needed

Project Labor Agreement (PSA)
This project is subject to a PSA that all subcontractors must agree to; a copy of the PSA can be found in the specifications.

DIR Registration
This is a prevailing wage job, and all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR.
