Description: The Project is generally described as but not limited to mitigation of water intrusion affecting classrooms and offices by patching wall cracks and spalls, applying liquid membrane flashing systems and elastomeric coatings, using joint sealants, replacing water-damaged or missing ceiling tiles/panels and performing all other associated waterproofing work.

Pacific Contractors Group Inc. is requesting quotations from all certified/qualified SBE, WBE, LBE, DVBE, DBE subcontractors and/or material suppliers for the Project advertised as: MITIGATION OF WATER INTRUSION AT SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SFUSD Project No. 12563). General Contractor bids are due to SFUSD on May 20, 2026 (Wednesday) at 2:00pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Pacific Contractors Group Inc. is requesting Subcontractors/Suppliers bids NO LATER THAN 1:00pm ON MAY 18, 2026 (MONDAY), to allow sufficient time for review.
