Project Overview: The project consists of a 1,050 stall, 304,750 SF cast-in-place, post-tensioned, Parking Structure, a Pedestrian Bridge over Florence Avenue, and full streetscape improvements on Market Street, Manchester Avenue, and Queen Street. ITC Phase 1 will deliver enabling works to improve traffic congestion and acquire key right-of-way parcels before the 2028 Olympics. It includes mobility hubs with parking and transit amenities, mini-mobility hubs with amenities for surface parking other uses, dedicated event bus lanes, and pedestrian improvements. The city envisions connecting parkers at the mobility hubs to destinations using shuttles that would be expedited using transit-only lanes, while preserving the development for a future Automated People Mover between the Sports and Entertainment District and Downtown Inglewood Metro Station.
