To Bidders:
Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) team is requesting early bids for design build/design assist in the following trades. Trades/scopes shall be considered Final Hard Bid and are anticipated to be awarded on this round of pricing.
 
·       Tower Crane, Demolition/Abatement, Elevators, Fire Sprinkler, Earthwork, Ground Improvements, Shoring & Underpinning
 
Address: 880 McAllister St, San Francisco CA 94102.

Project Description:
The existing 870 and 880 McAllister Street buildings will be replaced with a new seven-story building that provides 100% affordable senior housing. The 101,709 SF new construction building consists of 115-units, and supporting administrative offices, and amenities, including a roof terrace, courtyards, and a large community room. The residential units are comprised of 78 one-bedroom and 37 two-bedroom units. There is no onsite parking.

Labor Requirements: This is a prevailing wage project. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union.

Sub-Contracting Goal: 25% SLBE participation goal.

04/24/26 – RFI Deadline
04/21/26 – Prebid Meeting at 10:00 AM (optional)
