NOTICE OF FUTURE BID EFFORT – CBE FIRMS
OLIVE VIEW UCLA MEDICAL CENTER CONTINUUM OF CARE FACILITY

The project will be constructed at Olive View Dr., Sylmar, CA., for County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works. 

This project includes construction of a ground-up building with 48 sub-acute mental health beds for adults. Design is forthcoming.

Scopes of work will likely include:

·      Concrete	·      Painting
·      Masonry	·      Flooring
·      Steel	·      Tile
·      Doors and Hardware	·      Asphalt
·      Glazing	·      Landscape
·      Roofing

 
The County’s CBE participation goal for the Olive View – UCLA Medical Center Continuum of Care Facility project is 25%.

Bids will be due sometime in Q3 2026.
