BEAM CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, is soliciting quotes from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified UDBE/DBE/DVBE/SBE/LBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as PRESIDIO MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING ENVELOPE RESTORATION ELEVATOR TOWER (SFUSD PROJECT NO. ID#12324-2) located at 450 30^TH Ave., San Francisco CA.
 
General Contractor bids are due to Owner on April 15th at 11:00 AM.
 
PLEASE NOTE: BEAM Construction is requesting sub bids NO LATER THAN APRIL 15TH, 2026 in order for bids to be considered.
 
Subcontractor/Supplier opportunities may include, but are not limited to the following: Roofing, Carpentry, Painting, Hazmat
