REQUIREMENT THAT SUBCONTRACTORS PROVIDE A100% FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND OF THE SUBCONTRACT PRICE FROM A TREASURY LISTED SURETY COMPANY ACCEPTABE TO ARNTZ BUILDERS.
