We are requesting quotes from all qualified and registered City of SF LBE’s (Small Local Diverse Business Enterprises) who are registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) for one or more of the following scopes of work: PC Air Systems, Rooftop Units and Ventilators Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services, Construction Traffic Control, Safety Observer and Project Management.
 
Project Description:
As-needed services are needed for the purpose of conducting preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, and testing of the following equipment and systems: Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Systems, Rooftop Air Units (RTU), and Roof Mounted Exhaust Fans (Ventilators).  A LBE subcontractor must be certified by the SF CMD in the scope of work that the prime Bidder is listing the LBE subcontractor to perform. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 20%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with San Francisco CMD certified Small LBEs or Micro-LBEs. PUC-LBEs and SBA-LBEs cannot be counted towards meeting the LBE subcontracting requirement.
