Project:
·       Chinese Immersion School at De Avila: Mitigation of Water Intrusion
·       San Francisco Unified School District Project Number 12367
 
Location: 1250 Waller Street, San Francisco
 
Bid Date: February 26, 2026 at 11 AM
 
Approximate Construction Value: $1,000,000
 
We are requesting bids for the following trades:
·       Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement.
·       Scaffolding.
·       Glazing.
·       Sheet metal flashing.
·       Cement plaster.
·       Rough and finish carpentry.
 
The project is generally described as: Mitigation of Water Intrusion at Chinese Immersion School at De Avila. This work involves the following:
·       Selective site demolition.
·       Abatement of hazardous materials.
·       Cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls.
·       Replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows.
·       Sheet metal flashing.
·       Joint sealants.
·       Wall coating systems.
·       Interior wood trims and painting.
·       Ceiling repairs.
 
Construction schedule:
·       Phase 1: South and East Elevations
o   June 2026 to December 2026
·       Phase 2: North and West Elevations
o   June 2027 to August 2027
