Garney Pacific, Inc. is soliciting sub bids from qualified MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE firms for the San Leandro Channel Crossing Pipeline for East Bay Municipal Utility District.
 
Bids are due February 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Brief Scope of Work:
Furnish and install approximately 2,100 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and coated steel (ML&CS) pipe and 1,500 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and plastic-coated steel (ML&PCS) pipe, including all connection piping, appurtenances and fittings in Alameda, CA.

Garney Pacific, Inc. is a union contractor, all subcontractors on the project must utilize union labor.  Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse Subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney Pacific unless the specific project contract documents have other requirements. Please contact us for any insurance, bonding or other project related questions.
