Brief project description:
The Project is generally described as, general school modernization and reconstruction including but not limited to removal of existing roofing system, associated metal flashing and coping. Project needs replacement of damaged pipe vents, patch and repair roof structure as required. Install new singly ply roof system, rigid insultation board and cover board. Needs to install new aluminum metal coping and associated flashings. Also, needs to replace damaged pipe vent penetrations.
