Garney Pacific, Inc. is soliciting sub bids from qualified MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE firms for the
Cater Reservoir Resiliency Project for the City of Santa Barbara, California.

Bids are due January 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM.

Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse Subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney Pacific unless the specific project contract documents have other requirements.
