Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) team is requesting bids for:
 
·       All Trades – Hard Bid
 
Address: 847 Brookside Drive, Richmond, CA 94801
 
Project Description:
New Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Retrofit of Existing One-Store, Wood Frame, Type V-A Institutional Building with civil and landscaping work.
 
Labor/Contracting Requirements: The work performed on this project is subject to Project Laborer Agreement as outlined in the bidding documents. MBE/WBE/OBE/SBE/LBE/DVBE are encouraged to bid. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union.
 
Sub-Contracting Goal: Overall 30% Participation by MBEs, WBEs, OBEs, SBEs, LBEs and DVBEs.
 
Schedule:
11/06/2025 – Start of Advertisement
12/04/2025 – Pre-Bid RFIs due
12/08/2025 – Bids Due 5:00 PM Monday.
Q1-Q2/2026 – Tentative Construction Start
