Project Name: Law Enforcement Training Tower
 
Bids Due: November 12^th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M
 
Scope Of Work:The project includes construction of a new prefabricated training tower on a concrete foundation with electrical services. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to construction of a concrete foundation, erection of a prefabricated building (County provided FOB to the site) and electrical panel, lighting and outlets as shown in the drawings titled “CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT TACTICAL TRAINING TOWER, 11990 Marsh Creek Road, Clayton, CA 94517 – “Bid Set Dated 10/7/2025” by KMD Architects . The training tower has already been purchased by Contra Costa County and will be delivered FOB to the jobsite. Construction will occur on the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Facility property.
