Project Description: The project consists of: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Digester No. 3 Improvements, UY-24-10" consisting of digester cover improvements, digester wall accessway improvements, and repair and reconstruction of existing improvements to provide a usable facility, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents.
