Synagro- WWT, Inc. (Synagro) is seeking sub-quotes from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE) in order to have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. To perform as Subcontractors and Material Vendors/Suppliers MBE’s & WBE’s must provide evidence of certification and currently be certified by State of Oregon.

Synagro is requesting sub-quotes for various scopes of work, including:

Transportation of Biosolids – The work involves the transportation of wastewater treatment biosolids into semi-tractor/aluminum end dump trailers and transporting the material to various locations around Boardman, OR. Synagro is seeking sub-quotes for this service for up to 10 loads per day, 7 days per week.

Materials and Supplies – Personal protective equipment such as hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, safety shoes

Fuel – On or off-site diesel fuel

Project Description:

Work consists of: The inventory of accumulated sludge for Pond A is estimated to be approximately 23,100 dry tons. The Contractor shall perform complete dredging, removing all solids and fully draining the pond to expose the bare liner. The liner will subsequently be removed and demoed by the Owner.

Pond B is a bid additive, see bid schedule and Section 01 29 00, Measurement and Payment. The inventory of accumulated sludge for Pond B is estimated to be approximately 42,800 dry tons.

Synagro will also provide an electronic copy of the Request for Proposal and all addenda upon request.
