Marinship Development Interst LLC is seeking quotes from DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the scopes of work needed but not limited to:

Prepatory Work- Pothole Underground Facilties, Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Surveys

Temporary Traffic Control: Traffic Control System, Consruction Area Signs, Roadside Signs

Water Pollution Control Work: Prepare SWPPP, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Street Sweeping

Eathwork: Cellular Concrete Backfill, Imported Borrow

Landscaping: Plant (Group U), Modifying Existing Landscape, Decomposed Granite, Wood Mulch, Root Barrier, Plant Establishment Work

Surfacing and Pavement:   Slurry Seal, Hot Mix Asphalt, Tack Coat

Structures: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Geofoam Blocks, 54” Cast in Drilled Hole Concrete Piling, Bar Reinforcing Steel (Bridge), Bar Reinforcing Steel (Retaining Wall), 12” Welded Steel Pipe (.375” Thick)(EBMUD)

Concrete Curbs & Sidewalks:  Detectable Warning Surface, Minor Concrete (All), Pervious Concrete, Pavement Marker (Retroreflective)

Local Infrastructure: Adjust Monument to Cover Grade, Adjust Traffic Signal Box Frame and Cover to Grade, Adjust Water Valve Frame and Cover to Grade (EBMUD), Ajust Water Valve Frame and Cover to Grade- Over 12” (EBMUD), Adjust Water Meter Service Box to Grafe (EBMUD), Adjust Sanitary Sewer Cleanout to Grade (Service Item), Adjust Sanitary Manhole to Grade (OLSD)

Traffic Stripes and Pavement Markings:  Paint Curb, 6” Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, 8” Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, 6” Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Broken 8-4), Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Methy Methacrylate Green Pavement Marking, Remove Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, Remove Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Remove Yellow Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Haz Waste)
