Project Description:     
Building exterior and interior repairs including miscellaneous improvements to the spaces currently used by and shared with the Samoan Community Development Center.

• Exterior: provide fencing at exterior front yard, replace (e) windows in cafeteria and auditorium, provide exterior cladding, lights, and signage at entrance, prep and paint selected exterior walls.
• Interior: replace (e) flooring in selected rooms, replace (e) light fixtures with new in selected location, replace (e) plumbing fixtures in toilet and classroom sinks, replace (e) kitchen exhaust with new, provide interior painting in selected rooms, replace (e) cabinet with new cabinets at selected rooms.
• Add Alternates#1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 per plans
