Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the St Paul Terrace project in Berkeley.  We are in receipt of the Bid Set and are currently requesting Bids from qualified subcontractors for Selected Trades. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, August 29th, 2025 online via the Building Connected website.
 
New 7-story building consisting of 50 affordable rental apartments & related services and amenities, with supportive spaces for the adjacent church. 5 levels of Type IIIA construction over 3 levels of Type I construction.
 
*Please issue the BRFI via building connected, so the whole team sees it
*Please provide break out pricing for Church and Residential costs for funding reasons.
*Bid Scopes are coming post job walk
