Mesa Energy Systems, Inc is soliciting quotations from certified MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, DVBE, and LBE (Contra Costa County), for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to: Insulation, Test & Balance, GC work, Demolition, Plumbing, Concrete, Electrical, Controls, Raw and Finished Materials, and Chiller and Generator Rental Equipment

At our discretion, 100% Payment and 100% Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. This will be a PREVAILING WAGE JOB.
