McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., working in conjunction with the City of Ontario, is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the above listed project. 
Project description: The Ontario Vineyard Parking Structure consists of a 6 level, 422,470 sf cast-in-place concrete parking structure with 1284 stalls.
 
·       McCarthy Building Companies is signatory to the Laborers, Cement Masons, Carpenters, and Operating Engineer Unions.
·       Subcontractor Bids must be valid for 90 days.
 
Project Location: 3201 S. Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91761
 
Work categories include: Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Misc. Metal Fabrications, Barrier Cables, Waterproofing, Sheet Metal, Expansion Joints, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Coiling Doors, Resilient Flooring, Glazing, Tensile Fabric, Painting, Signage, Parking Controls, Parking Guidance System, Site Concrete, Pavement Markings.

-        07/09/25: RFIs Due to McCarthy Building Companies via Building Connected website
-        07/16/25: Proposals Due to McCarthy Building Companies
-        Approximate construction schedule: 9/1/2025 – 9/30/2026.
 
Award of subcontracts will be a best value selection including but not limited to the criteria listed below:

·       Compliance with Prevailing Wage Requirements
·       Prequalification Status with McCarthy
·       EMR for the last 3 years
·       Skilled and Trained Workforce (STW) Participation
