Treasure Island Community Development is currently requesting bid proposals for the Chapel Project on Treasure Island.

This project has Union requirements. Please confirm if you are certified SBE and/or Union.

This requires certified payroll, and good-faith effort on hiring SF residents and economically disadvantaged residents

· RFP issued – June 4^th, 2025

· Pre-bid Meeting – June 17^th, 2025 - 10am – 12pm

(Meet at Main Building – 1 Ave of the Palms – 2^nd Floor for presentation, then walking over the Chapel afterwards)

· RFIs due – June 24^th, 2025 - 09:00am

· Bids due – July 2^nd, 12pm

Scope of work includes:

RENOVATION INCLUDING NEW ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES,

WINDOWS, EXTERIOR DOORS. UPGRADE MULTI-STALL

BATHROOMS AND (1) SINGLE-OCCUPANT BATHROOM TO

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS.

NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY OR USE, FUTURE CAFE PROPOSED

ON WEST END AS ACCESSORY. TENANT IMPROVEMENT FOR SUCH

SPACE TO BE FILED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT

PARTIAL STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT ARE PROPOSED, ALONG

WITH MEP UPGRADES.

VARIOUS SLOPED RAMP AND STAIRWAY ARE PROPOSED TO

PROVIDE ACCESS TO BUILDING FROM PARK
