Project Description:    

THE SCOPE OF WORK IS REPLACEMENT OF (12) ROOFTOP PACKAGED HEAT PUMP UNITS AND (12) SPLIT-SYSTEM HEAT PUMPS UNITS (INDOOR & OUTDOOR SECTIONS). PROVIDE NEW CONTROLS FOR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AND EXISTING EXHAUST FANS.


Trade Needed: Demolition, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Concrete, ACT (Acoustical Ceiling Panels), Drywall, Joint Sealants, Painting, Concrete, Trenching, and Chain Link Fences.
