Title: EL Dorado Elementary School Green Infrastructure Project ( SFUSD #11989)

Project Description:     
The scope of this project includes the creation of bioretention systems and the removal and replacement of existing plantings. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Removal of existing asphalt, subbase, soil, and selective site furnishings for the installation of bioretention areas.
• Rerouting of roof-water leaders (RWLs) to the bioretention areas.
• Rerouting of storm drainage to the bioretention areas.
• Installation of concrete stem walls and curbs within the bioretention areas.
• Installation of a campus-wide irrigation system.
• Installation of campus-wide landscaping.
• Installation of play equipment and safety matting, including subbase preparation.
• Installation of OPCI site furnishings.
• Salvage and relocation of existing site furnishings, planter boxes, and selective trees.
• Installation of pickleball and volleyball equipment, and restriping for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts.

Trade Includes:  
Site Demolition, Site Concrete, Play Equipment, Earthwork, Landscape, Site Utilities
