SFUSD Project 11989 – El Dorado Elementary School / Green Infrastructure Project
Project Location: 70 Delta St, San Francisco, CA 94134
The estimated construction is $1,500,000.

Bids Due: December 12th, 2025 at 2:00 PM

Certified DVBEs Contractors are encouraged to bid.

The Project is described as: A green infrastructure project encompassing the removal of asphalt, creation of bioretention systems, and planting removal & replacement, as well as installation of irrigation and play equipment.

Trades Requested: Demo | Hazmat Abatement | Earthwork | Excavation and Fill | Trenching and Backfilling | Flexible Paving | Striping | Storm Drainage Utilities
This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
